Refund & Cancellation

At Ludoroyala1, we prioritize fair play, transparency, and user satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.

1. No Refund After Match Participation

• Once a user joins a match by paying the entry fee, the amount is non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be provided in cases of voluntary withdrawal, loss in gameplay, or poor internet connection.

• Users are advised to join only when they are confident and prepared to play.

2. Match Not Started / Auto-Cancel

• If a match does not start due to the opponent not joining or technical delay, the entry fee will be automatically refunded to the user’s wallet.

• Refund processing time: usually within 1 hour, but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.

3. Uploading Wrong Screenshots / Result Disputes

• If you upload the wrong result screenshot, it will be verified by our admin team.

• In case of dispute, admin decision is final and binding.

• If fraud or manipulation is found, refund will not be issued, and the account may be suspended.

4. Deposit Cancellations

• Deposits made via UPI/QR are non-refundable once processed and credited to the wallet.

• If you mistakenly send funds but fail to upload proof or upload incorrect UPI reference, the amount will remain pending.

• In such cases, contact support within 15 minutes with the correct screenshot.

5. Withdrawal Rejections

• Withdrawal requests may be rejected if:

• Incorrect UPI/bank details are provided

• User is found violating terms

• Fraudulent behavior is detected

• In such cases, the amount may be held or reversed to the wallet after admin review.

6. Cancellation by Admin Ludoroyala1 reserves the right to cancel:

• Any match that violates fair play rules

• A user’s account in case of fraud

• Any transaction that seems suspicious

Refunds in such cases will be decided by the platform’s admin team on a case-by-case basis.
